About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and high-achieving Video Production Intern to join our Los Angeles office, supporting the creation of marketing, branding, and publication videos across all divisions. You will shoot, edit, and produce video content that showcases our work, promotes our products, and tells the story of our brand across industries—from tech to architecture to lifestyle.
This is a hybrid internship with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, offering real-world experience in creative production, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in filming, editing, and producing video content for all company divisions
Create short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, client presentations, and internal use
Support the planning and execution of storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling
Ensure all video content aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging across platforms
Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams on creative video strategies
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film, Media, Design, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with video production, editing techniques, and storytelling principles
Proficiency in creativity tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is preferred
Strong visual creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Aligned with our hardworking, high-achieving, and design-conscious team culture
Familiarity with AI tools is required
Access to video and audio recording equipment is preferred
Experience with enterprise-level video production or editing is preferred

Internship Details
Location: Ocean Ave, Santa Monica (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days/week onsite)
Duration: 3–6 months (Longer-term commitment preferred)
Compensation: Unpaid (CPT or school credit available if required)
Hours: Full-time preferred
