With over 100 active projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, our Architecture & Construction divisions are rapidly expanding in the Los Angeles area.


About the Role

We are looking for a high-achieving, motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Los Angeles office, focused on selling architecture, 3D scanning, and as-built services. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and owning the sales process from start to finish.


You will be primarily based in the office daily, with flexibility for field meetings and sales activities as needed. The role involves a mix of in-office outreach, sales planning, and client-facing interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct outreach to generate qualified leads

  • Schedule and attend client meetings as needed

  • Present and promote our AEC service offerings to potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and property owners

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and pitching to follow-up, negotiation, contract drafting, and deal closing

  • Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align messaging and client onboarding


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • A true hunter mentality—persistent, self-starting, and focused on closing new business

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills

  • Familiarity with or interest in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry

  • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team

  • Must be based in Los Angeles and available to be onsite daily
